Biography
In 2003, he received the B.Sc. degree in computer science from the University of Piraeus in Greece. M.Sc. degree in computer science and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Ioannina, in Greece, in 2007 and 2013, respectively.
He was a R&D Engineer on telecommunication networks with Siemens Enterprise Networks in Athens, and a Software Engineer on CAD tools for mixed-signal designs with Helic, S.A. in Athens.
He was a Research Fellow with the University of Southampton, U.K. (2014-2018) and an ARM Research Engineer in Cambridge, UK (2017-2018).
Dr Tenentes’ research has been funded by EPSRC (UK), ESF (EUP and National resources. His research on resilient hardware for energy-efficient applications, which has been validated using chips provided by ARM Ltd, has been cited by a numerous prestigious publications in IEEE Conferences & Transactions, and the prestigious IEEE Spectrum Magazine.
His research interests include electronic design automation, design for testability, fault modelling, design for reliability and energy efficiency, wear-out effects analysis and modelling, and reliability assessment for IoT applications.
He has authored or co-authored more than 44 technical papers in prestigious conferences and journals.
He is a member of IEEE since 2007 and HiPEAC since 2023.
