Yiorgos Papatheodorou

Yiorgos Papatheodorou received the BSc degree in Computer Science in 2010 from the Hellenic Open University, Grece. He also received a MSc degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2013 from the University of Ioannina, Grece and a MSc degree in Acoustic Design and Digital Sound in 2021 from the Hellenic Open University. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Approximate Computing, for the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Ioannina.

Yiorgos, worked on various positions related to computer science and electronics. Briefly, from 2000 to 2005 he worked as a computer and networks technician. From 2005 to 2013 he worked as a freelancer web developer and computer instructor, and from 2013 to the present day as high school substitute teacher and as a reasearcher in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Ioannina, Greece.

His research interests include visible light communications, approximate circuits, fpgas and electro-acoustics.
